Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase! In most cases, we will accept exchanges or returns for store credit. You must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving shipment if you want to return an item. To request a return authorization, please send an email to jaime@shopshela.com with details of what you would like to return and if you prefer exchange or store credit. We will promptly respond with return instructions, including a Return Authorization number that must be written on the outside of the return shipment. If your return does not include the RA number on the outside of the package, it might not be accepted! For your convenience, we include a return shipping label with each shipment. If you use this label, you will be charged actual return shipping costs. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we suggest insuring your package. We are not responsible for any lost return shipments. All returns will be accepted at our discretion. We will not accept a return that has been worn, altered or washed. No returns on sale merchandise, jewelry, undergarments or special orders. Returns must be received in original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping & Handling
She.la ships your package via UPS within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time according to current UPS rates. When you checkout, choose your shipping priority (UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day). UPS Next Day orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time in order to ship that day otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Since we use UPS, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please don’t hesitate to give us a ring and we can process the order over the phone to guarantee you receive it when you need it!
Sales Tax
She.la ships from Omaha, NE. Orders shipped within Nebraska will be charged 7.0% sales tax. Orders shipped to any other state, will not be charged sales tax.
